It was a short bubble tonight as they came back from the break on the money bubble and played one hand to burst it. Carter McCauley, who got his biggest lifetime score for 3rd in the Mini Main a few days ago, shoved with ace-king for a classic race against the queens of Hyunsoo Ryu. McCauley found an ace on the flop, but Ryu turned a set of queens for the win on 5♣A♠3♥Q♣8♠, sending McCauley out on the bubble.
Meanwhile, Mike Leah laddered into the money from just 5k, and then grabbed a quintuple-up to stay alive a bit longer. He just ended his run in 24th place.
