Day 1a of the three-day £500 buy-in, £100,000 guaranteed Main Event is underway, with 46 players registered already, including Brian Etheridge, fresh off a deep run in the Mini Main.
Other early birds include Robbie Bird, Angela Rogan and Ivan Meister.
Players sit down to a 50,000 starting stack, with the clock set to 40-minute levels. Late registration remains open until the start of Level 10, and 25% of the field will qualify for Day 2.
There are two further starting flights on August 7, with the final hyper flight on August 8.
