Patrick Pedersen made it 230,000 UTG, leaving himself with a mere 30,000 behind. Seated in the Lo-jack, Rasmus Lundström clicked it to 410,000. Action eventually came back to Pedersen.
“If I fold now, I might get the payjump,” Pedersen revealed his plan. He rose from his chair in an attempt to get an overview of the action at the other tables, but the dealer did an insinuating cough; the table shared a laugh. “Okay,” Pdersen broke, and made the call.

Pedersen didn’t beat Big Slick on the J♦4♥2♥3♥4♠ board, but, much to his pleasure, Andrejs Stenickins had busted seconds before at an outer table for €4,840. “Get in there!” Pedersen celebrated as he realized he had made the €5,610 payout. The remaining players at the table started laughing again while Pedersen exited the tournament area.
