Six out of a total of nine festivals of the 2026 PartyPoker Tour are done and dusted. Various venues in Sheffield, Seville, Madrid, Manchester, London, and Glasgow have all rolled out the red carpet for the sublime live poker tour that has succeeded in bringing the grassroots poker community together.
Soon, it’s time for the PartyPoker Tour’s seventh stop of the season. At the beginning of October, Castellón will be the place to be for all poker enthusiasts. With the tournament schedule and the Mediterranean gem of a city in mind, the 2026 PartyPoker Tour Castellón is destined to be yet another slam-dunk of a live poker festival.
To Castellón we Ride
PartyPoker made its much-anticipated return to the live poker circuit in early 2025. The idea was simple: PartyPoker wanted to create a live poker tour with the grassroots players in mind. The concept proved to be successful beyond all expectations; with affordable buy-ins, many different games, and a unique twist for each and every stop, the PartyPoker Tour became one of the most popular tours in the UK. In 2026, the tour expanded to Spain, and the turnout in both Seville and Madrid did not disappoint. Come October, it’s time for PartyPoker to return to Spanish soil.
The 2026 PartyPoker Tour Castellón will be played between October 5-11 at Gran Casino de Castellón. According to The Hendon Mob, this will be the first major live poker festival that the venue hosts in a couple of years, and the expectations are high. After a successful recent event in Glasgow, PartyPoker is ready to bring the heat back to Spain.
The tournament schedule for the 2026 PartyPoker Tour Castellón has been out for some time, and all poker enthusiasts who’ve browsed through the event menu should be very eager to begin their Castellón adventure. The main course on the schedule is, naturally, the €500 Main Event. This has been the flagship of all PartyPoker Tour stops ever since the inaugural stop in London back in April of 2024, and it has stood the test of time. The tournament structure is sublime, and that’s one of the many strengths of the PartyPoker Tour; even though being relatively cheap events, the structures are worthy of the most prestigious live poker tournaments.
The Main Event is a three-day affair with four starting-day flights, the first one kicking off on Thursday, October 8. Day 1b follows the next day, as does the turbo flight that is Day 1c. Day 1d (hyper turbo) commences at 12:00 on Saturday, October 10, and that is the last chance for all players to make it through to Day 2. Day 2 is scheduled at 18:00 the same day and will play down to the final table; the nine remaining contestants will return on the final day of the festival, Sunday, October 11, and play it out for the title and eternal glory. Perhaps, the prize pool will be similar to the €238,075 that was collected during the Madrid stop back in May. That time, it was Russian Alexey Neofitov who took home the €43,250 first-place payout in the most dominating fashion; perhaps, there will be a Spaniard claiming the title this time around.
Before the Main Event, though, it’s the “Little sister,” namely the €150 Mini Main Event. This is another recurring feature on the PartyPoker Tour schedule, and once again, the structure shines through. There are not many three-day tournaments with a €150 buy-in and a live-streamed final day in the world. For a very affordable price, all Mini Main Event speculators are offered the opportunity to play a very professional-like tournament. It’s no surprise that the Mini Main Event always becomes the most popular tournament in terms of entries; in Madrid, the tournament attracted 918 entries, which created a €114,750 prize pool; more than double the €50,000 guarantee. It was Argentinian Federico Mazzarella who claimed the €16,550 up-top; not a bad ROI from €150.

As is always the case with the PartyPoker Tour, poker.pro will host some side events. There are two poker.pro-branded Mixed Games affairs on the 2026 PartyPoker Tour Castellón tournament schedule; the €60 poker.pro Party Madness Red River NLH Bounty will kick off at 21:00 on Friday, October 9. Another popular side event is going to be the €250 Mystery Bounty. The tournament has three starting-day flights, and 25% of the entries from each will advance to Day 2. One player who’s had a lot of Mystery Bounty success in a PartyPoker Tour context is PartyPoker Tour Ambassador Daniel Garcia; he won the event during the 2026 PartyPoker Tour Seville and was declared the runner-up of the same tournament during the 2026 PartyPoker Tour Madrid.

Speaking of the ambassadors, it wouldn’t be surprising to see all of them paying Castellón a visit next month.
