Matt Staples moved all in from the button for 2,325,000 and was snap-called by Alberto Martinez in the big blind.
Matt Staples: A♥10♥
Alberto Martinez: A♣K♥
Staples was dominated, and was almost dead after the A♦A♠K♣ flop gave Martinez a full house.
There was no escape on the 6♥ turn, and the 5♠ river completed the board.
An unfortunate run of hands for Staples, bringing the PartyPoker Tour ambassador’s run to an end.
Alberto Martinez – 6,450,000
