The final weekend of play in the Spring Super Stack is about to kick off, and that means Day 1a of the Main Event is on deck. The Day 1 action gets going at noon, with players starting the day with 40k in chips.

Levels are 40 minutes long on Day 1, and the registration desk is open for 12 levels. Including breaks, that should put the final chance to enter at about 9:30 PM. Day 1 will finish at 10% of the field, or at the end of Level 15, whichever comes first. Note that, unlike the other multi-day games in this series, Day 2 players in the Main Event will not necessarily be in the money, as more than 10% of the field may get through one or both of the Day 1 flights.

In the Spring of 2025, Alex Liu bagged another Main Event win after a chop with David Swaim. That game got 309 entries for prizes of $396,293. Last Summer, Chase Bonertz was the Main Event winner over a field of 329 for a prize pool of $421,943.
