In a stud high hand, Benny Sarnelli called it a “strange hand” as he mucked 6th street with aces showing. Sarnelli started with K♥ up against Q♦ up for Kurtis Ruhl, after the rest of the table got away on 3rd. Keegan Oliver brought it in with the 5♣ and after folds from James Ivanich ([/pcn]6d[/pcn]) and Essam Saadeddine ([invalid notations], while Ruhl paired his queen with Q♠. Sarnelli check-called a bet of 24k from Ruhl.
Sarnelli got 8♠ on 6th street, to the K♦ for Ruhl. Sarnelli checked again and faced another 24k bet from Ruhl. Sarnelli rechecked his down cards a few times, seemingly a bit confused by the action.
“Strange hand,” he said, mucking his face-up aces.
“It was strange,” replied Ruhl, as he dragged in the pot.
