Event #12: $560 PLO Big Bounty ($500 + $60)
| Date: | May 13, 6 PM |
| Blinds: | 30 Minutes |
| Starting Stack: | 30k |
| Late Entry: | 8 Levels (~10:30 PM) |
| Day 1 Ends: | One-Day Event |
The side game on Wednesday night promises to be a late one. The PLO Big Bounty kicks off at 6 PM, and blinds are 30 minutes long.
Players start the day with 30k in chips, and they have 8 levels to enter or rebuy. That should put the last to chance to enter this one at about 10:30 PM. Note that the structure says there is a 30-minute dinner break following Level 8, but that is a misprint, and all breaks in this one will be the standard 15 minutes.
This is a one-day event, so they’ll award the trophy before it ends, but players should expect this one to go quite late due to the 30-minute blinds and the PLO format.

In February’s series, Paul Shakir scored his first live win in this game. He was heads up against Cam Stewart over a field of 87 entries and combined prizes of more than $41k. The game in February lasted 13 hours, but it was also an early 1 PM start – I’d expect the game to run until at least 4 AM this time around, but players could be at the felt as late as 7 AM, depending on the field and the pace of play.
