In the final hand of Level 24, Kalyan Cheekuri raised the button to 105k before Mike Leah reraised the big blind to 700k, leaving just fumes behind. Cheekuri shoved a covering stack, and Leah called it off.
It was a not-so-classic race between ace-ten for Leah and king-queen for Cheekuri, but Cheekuri jumped into the lead after flopping a queen, then rivering trips on Q♥4♣2♥8♦Q♦.
In the second hand of Level 25, on the other table, Garry Sandhu raised the cutoff to 125, then faced a three-bet to 400k from Kyle Ho on the button. Sandhu mucked his hand, but it looks like he’s chipped up to the lead since the break, playing close to 4 million now. Ash Razavi is still sitting pretty with more than 2.5 million, while Cheekuri is around the same after sending Leah to the rail.
