Somers & Gall Out in 3rd Place for $1,425

The stacks are pretty short right now, with the average stack at about 20 bigs. Maru Somers & Kelly Gall were chip leading, but it only takes a couple of hands to change it all. In one hand, after a raise and a call preflop, and checked action on the flop, Gall bet out 50k on the turn reading 2♦9♥8♣10♦ but then had to fold when Wendy Wilson shoved.

A couple of hands later, Gall woke up with a suited wheel ace and shoved the small blind, but Wilson woke up with a bigger suited ace and held to send Somers & Gall out in 3rd place.
