Ali Razzaq had half the chips in play at the last break, but just before the current break, he sent the remainder of his chips to Jody Fayant. Razzaq was getting smashed by the deck earlier today, but that luck left him in the last two levels.
Two big hands told the tale. First, he doubled up Trevor Patrick when Patrick’s sevens held against Razzaq’s sixes. Then, in the final hand before the break, he got ace-seven in against ace-queen for Fayant, and after Fayant spiked the queen on the flop and held to send Razzaq out in 5th place.
