Multi-Day Action Leads Friday

Date:May 8, 1 PM
Blinds:40 Minutes
Starting Stack:25k
Late Entry:9 Levels (~8 PM)
Day 1 Ends:12.5% of the field, all Day 2 players in the money

The first multi-day game of PPT #2 is set to begin on Friday at 1 PM. Friday is the first of two opening flights for this one, with Day 1b on Saturday, and all qualifiers from both Day 1 fields coming back on Sunday for Day 2.

Players sit down with 25k in chips, and blinds are 40 minutes long throughout Day 1 play. Entries are open for 9 levels on Day 1, putting the last chance to enter at about 8 pm on both starting days. After that, Day 1 plays down to 12.5% of the starting field before the bags come out, no matter how long that takes. Players must put chips in a bag to get a payout, but players can play both days, and if they bag both days, they’ll get a min-cash for the small bag and play the big one.

In the first series this year, Brad Bishop was on the top end of a three-way deal at the end of the night. He cut the deal with David Kang & Jeff Forester after they made it through 255 entries, and earned $26,006 (from the total prize pool of $145,350) for the chopped win.
