The eternity machine that is the PartyPoker Tour just keeps rolling on. After a stellar stop in Manchester, it’s now time for the tour to return to its birthplace. Starting this Saturday, the PartyPoker Tour will return to Genting Casino Stratford, London, for its fifth stop of 2026. The British capital is the one city where PartyPoker made its much-anticipated return to the live poker scene in April 2025, and with 21 trophy events on the schedule, it’s going to be an intense nine days at London’s finest poker venue.
London Calling
After the 2026 PartyPoker Tour kicked off with a week-long event in Sheffield, the circus hit Spanish soil with two stops in Seville and Madrid. A few weeks ago, it was back to the UK, with a return to Manchester235 Casino. It was a busy nine days at the picturesque casino, and it all wrapped up with Michael Breen claiming the £500 Main Event title, navigating through a final table line-up of epic proportions that has rarely been seen in a tournament with such a relatively low buy-in.

Maybe some were thinking there would be some well-deserved rest for the PartyPoker crew, but that is certainly not the case, seeing as the fifth stop of the tour kicks off in just a couple of days. The 2026 PartyPoker Tour London (Summer Edition) will be played July 4-12 at Genting Casino Stratford, and it’s destined to be one of the bigger stops of the year. That claim has some stats to back it up; the big turnout during the Spanish stops aside, the two stops in London in 2025 are the biggest ones in the tour’s year-and-a-half-long history.

The star of the show is, as always, the £500 Main Event. The tour’s flagship tournament has four starting-day flights this time, two of them being hyper turbos. Each starting-day flight plays down to 20 % of the field, and the survivors will be reunited with their chips on Day 2. Fifteen percent of the total field will be in the money, and Day 2 will play down to the final table, which will wrap up the whole festival on Sunday, July 12. Thomas Sanderson won the most recent PartyPoker Tour Main Event in London (December 2025), a feat for which he was rewarded £27,780. That was the biggest slice of the £177,555 prize pool; the 399 entries made quick work of the £100,000 guarantee. It wouldn’t be ludicrous to expect similar numbers this time around.
In terms of entries, the £150 Mini Main Event is usually the most popular tournament of the PartyPoker Tour. Christoffer Karlén (poker.pro journalist and live reporter) recently interviewed PartyPoker Tour Ambassador Natalie Bromley, who described the beauty of the Mini Main Event as good as one can:
“I think the £150 Mini Main has got to be one of the best-value tournaments in Europe right now. To be able to play a tournament with such a good structure, the coverage, the prize pool, for just £150, it’s just amazing.”

Last December in London, Portuguese André Emerenciano maneuvered his way through a field that consisted of 726 entries to claim the £14,530 first-place prize; quite the ROI considering the shy buy-in. There’s really no discussion about it: the Mini Main Event is a one-of-a-kind live poker tournament, and there’s really no surprise it has become so popular amongst the grassroots players.
With the two “Big ones” out of the way, let’s take a look at some of the many intriguing side events players will be able to enjoy in London. Few tournaments will beat the thrill of the £250 Mystery Bounty; being scheduled on the final day of the festival, there’s no doubt that the ninth day of the 2026 PartyPoker Tour London (Summer Edition) will be as vibrant as the earlier days.

Being the official English media partner of the PartyPoker Tour, poker.pro usually has a handful of self-branded Mixed Games side events during each stop. This time won’t be any different, seeing as there are five intriguing tournaments all headlined by poker.pro. The £100 poker.pro PL H.O.R.S.E has become somewhat of a fan favorite; H.O.R.S.E is, obviously, usually not played solely pot-limit, and it adds quite the twist to the popular Mixed Games format. Then, it’s the £60 poker.pro Saturday Party Madness NLH Red River Bounty. The Red River concept made its first appearance during the 2026 PartyPoker Tour Seville and then made a successful comeback in Manchester a few weeks ago. For those who aren’t aware of the concept: if the river card is red, another river card is dealt, and the process continues until a black river appears. In other words, the board can potentially become ridiculously long, and it’s guaranteed to bring a lot of action, laughter, and, perhaps, some initial confusion. It’s good fun.
Then, there’s also the £60 poker.pro PL Sviten. The game that is a mix of Five-card Draw and PLO is most likely the poker discipline that offers the most amount of action, and perhaps, poker.pro has played a role in the game becoming more popular in the UK. July 7, it’s the £60 poker.pro PL Deuce-to-Seven Triple Draw, another very fun game in the Mixed Games family. Last but not least in terms of poker.pro-branded tournaments, it’s the £60 poker.pro Friday Party Madness Crazy Pineapple Bounty.
JJ Hazan’s PLO Masters series is still associated with the PartyPoker Tour, something that pleases all Omaha lovers. The £250 PLO Masters Main Event might be the most prestigious one, but there are five PLO Masters tournaments on the schedule overall, including the £1,000 PLO Masters High Roller and the £60 PLO Masters Saturday Party Madness Courchevel Bounty.

Everyone who was on-site at Manchester235 Casino between June 13-21 should be able to vouch for a joyful event featuring the perfect mix of exciting poker and immense fun at the tables. Now, the stage is set for the 2026 PartyPoker Tour London (Summer Edition), and considering that the PartyPoker crew is working around the clock to always raise the bar even further, it won’t disappoint.

The poker.pro duo, consisting of Karlén and poker host Glenn Brown (who, by the way, is also a PartyPoker Tour Ambassador), will both be on-site at Genting Casino Stratford, delivering live coverage of the Mini Main Event, the Main Event, and the festival overall. Richard Hayes will join in on the live reporting the final few days. Other PartyPoker Tour Ambassadors, including but not limited to Barny Boatman, Daniel Garcia, Barry Carter, and the aforementioned Bromley, should also make their way to London, all on a mission to compete for prestigious titles and spread the good word of the tour. It’s going to be an amazing nine days, and the festival is less than one week away. It’s goosebumps all around.
