It’s been said before, but it’s worth saying again: there are few, if any, live poker festival that features such diversified tournament schedules as The Festival. No matter if one’s a purified Texas No Limit Hold ‘Em player, a Mixed Games enthusiast, or a fan of the most niche of poker principles, The Festival has something for everyone.
After a recently concluded weekend edition in Vilnius, Lithuania, it’s now time for one of The Festival’s biggest events of the year to kick off at a legendary poker venue. Tomorrow, June 9, the 2026 Festival Rozvadov kicks off, and it’s going to be an intense seven days at King’s Resort, Rozvadov.
Farmers Unite in Czech Village
Someone has yet to put Martin “Franke” von Zweigbergk in a lab. The founder of The Festival just can’t be human; how he manages to juggle so many different projects at the same time just can’t be explained. On top of that, he somehow also finds time to occasionally sit down at the tables himself, and it feels like he wins every tournament he plays. His brain and body need to be studied, but, in the meantime, let’s just enjoy the show he puts on.

Now, Franke has arrived in Rozvadov, the picturesque village in the Czech Republic, for one of his biggest live poker events of the year. The 2026 Festival Rozvadov will be played June 9-16 at King’s Resort, Rozvadov. King’s Resort is a massive venue that has been hosting some of the biggest live poker events in the world for years, and considering the magnitude that The Festival brings, it’s a much-needed venue. It’s going to be a busy week at this premium venue.
Including satellites, the 2026 Festival Rozvadov schedule features 36 unique events. As previously stated, it’s far from only Texas tournaments; The Festival is, and always has been, a paradise for Mixed Games players. That being said, the €550 Main Event, which is your good old Texas NLH affair, has to be considered the star of the show. Boosting a €500,000 guarantee, the Main Event will kick off with its first starting-day flight on Tuesday, June 11. All in all, there are seven starting-day flights, counting the Flip & Go pineapple scheduled at 15:00, Sunday, June 15: three hours before Day 2 kicks off. The tournament will wrap up on the final day of the festival (Wednesday, June 12), with the ultimate winner claiming the trophy and the title. During last year’s edition, Ondrej Mar received €91,001 for conquering the field that consisted of 1,053 entries.

Speaking of big fields: last year, the €150 Hendon Mob Championship (THMC) broke a new record when it became the biggest-ever THMC, a record that still stands. The said tournament had a €300,000 guarantee; quite the spectacular number if one takes the buy-in into consideration. In the end, 2,417 entries resulted in a final prize pool of €304,542. Time will tell what the tournament will be able to produce this time around. The buy-in has been increased to €175; with four starting-day flights (with the fourth and final one being a Flip & Go), this two-day tournament won’t have any problem knocking the €50,000 guarantee out of the park.
Another tournament that has grown to become synonymous with The Festival is the €550 T.O.R.S.E.S. Mixed Games Main Event. This modern take on the more recognizable H.O.R.S.E. discipline replaces Texas NLH with Deuce-to-Seven Triple Draw, something that the Mixed Games community seems to appreciate. All contestants can enter Day 1a (Tuesday, June 9) and/or Day 1b (Wednesday, June 10) with the goal of advancing to Day 2 (Thursday, June 11), competing for the title.

One final event that this poker.pro journalist thinks deserves to be highlighted is the €230 Bounty Hunter Days Mystery Bounty. This is the first-ever collaboration between The Festival and fellow poker festival brand Bounty Hunter Days, and it’s destined to be a roaring success. It’s a two-day tournament with four starting-day flights (one of them being, you guessed it, a Flip & Go), and €60 of the entry fee will be put towards the Mystery Bounty prize pool. Day 1a is scheduled on Wednesday, June 10, and a winner will be crowned on Friday, June 12.
The €150 Sviten Special, the €1,100 PLO High Roller, the €350 10-Game Mix, the €1,100 Open-Face Chinese Pineapple High Roller, the €125 Blackjack Tournament…look up the word “Diversification” in a dictionary, and you’ll find a photo of the 2026 Festival Rozvadov tournament schedule. It’s simply too good and too vast to make every superb tournament justice in a short preview article as this one. Browse the schedule below, and then find the fastest route to Rozvadov from where you currently are.

This poker.pro journalist hasn’t even mentioned the hospitality that The Festival offers to its online qualifiers. Welcome drinks, dinner, karaoke, the ever-so prestigious Lemon Olympics hosted by The Festival’s own Václav “Lemon” Dušek…the hospitality is the proof that The Festival is so much more than your typical live poker festival. It has to be experienced on a first-hand basis, and considering there are very few places in the world that suit the average poker enthusiast better than King’s Resort Rozvadov, The Festival Rozvadov should be on every poker player’s bucket list.
The stage is set for the 2026 Festival Rozvadov. It’s going to be a live poker event for the ages, and the poker.pro editorial office is beyond excited to follow the event.
