Lucky Number Seven
Prestigious, enormous, epic, intriguing. There are many adjectives that can be used to describe the magnitude of the WSOP Circuit. One can’t deny the strength of the WSOP brand, and while this poker journalist hasn’t crossed the pond himself to experience the OG WSOP in Las Vegas, he talks from experience when he claims that the WSOP Circuit, too, is something special. The events create a certain atmosphere, and one can tell that all players are bringing their A-game to the tables, locked in and performing at the top of their game in pursuit of becoming WSOP Circuit Ring owners.

Without further ado, let’s see what’s in store.
2026 WSOP Circuit Tallinn (July 23-August 2)
The first WSOP Circuit stop that is to come is the poker.pro editorial office close to heart, considering the team is providing live coverage from the event. The 2026 WSOP Circuit Tallinn will be played July 23-August 2 at Olympic Park Casino & Hilton Tallinn Park Hotel, and it’s a contender for the biggest live poker festival in Northern Europe. There are a total of 12 WSOP Circuit Ring events on the schedule, and more than 60 side events. Just like last year, the €1,500 Main Event has a €1,000,000 guarantee. Speaking of the 2025 edition: everyone on-site in the Estonian capital must remember Jenny Westerlund’s historic win in last year’s Main Event, where she put an end to a thrilling final table by knocking out Igor Pihela Sr and Krzysztof Chmielowski in the same hand to claim the €200,200 first-place payout.

2026 WSOP Circuit Šamorín (July 31-August 11)
Overlapping with the event in Tallinn is the 2026 WSOP Circuit Šamorín, which will be played July 31-August 11 at Card Casino Šamorín in Bratislava, Slovakia. For years, Bratislava has hosted a horde of humongous live poker events, such as The Festival, various National Championships, and more. Now, Card Casino will roll out the red carpet for the WSOP Circuit for the second consecutive year. Last year, Robert Obrtlík ensured the €1,500 Main Event stayed on Slovakian soil, as he claimed the win and the €180,200 first-place prize; it’s an educated guess Obrtlík will attempt to defend his title this year. Including he aforementioned Main Event, players can expect 12 WSOP Circuit Ring events in total.
It’s also worth mentioning that Card Casino Šamorín also will host the 2026 Battle of Malta Slovakia Edition in September this year. It’s the first-time ever the Battle of Malta goes international, and the expectations are high.
2026 WSOP Circuit Paris (September 1-12)
Paris, the city of love. Between September 1-12, the 2026 WSOP Circuit Paris will go down at the Partouche Casino Club, and this is an exciting one. While the schedule has yet to be released to the public, Paris has proved to be an excellent city for live poker (case and point, the EPT Paris). Also, the venue, Partouche Casino Club, is brand new; it opened on the twelfth of May this year, and over €100,000,000 were invested in the project. Judging from the media footage available, it looks to be a luxurious building that will make the WSOP Circuit justice.
2026 WSOP Circuit Malta (September 25-October 5)
The poker.pro team was recently in Malta, providing the live coverage of the 2026 Battle of Malta (Summer Edition). The paradise island that is Malta has always (and, let’s be honest, will always be) one of the most iconic destinations for live poker. Now, yet another chapter of poker history will be written, seeing as the WSOP Circuit makes an historic first appearance at Malta’s finest poker venue. The 2026 WSOP Circuit Malta will be played September 25-October 5 at Casino Malta in St. Julians, and just as is the case for the Paris event, the schedule is yet to be announced. That being said, everyone who’s enjoyed live poker at Malta can vouch for what an experience it is, and the 2026 WSOP Circuit Malta is destined to be a slam-dunk success.

2026 WSOP Circuit Madrid (October 23-November 2)
The next stop will also be played at a venue that poker.pro is familiar with. Roughly two months ago, the 2026 PartyPoker Tour Madrid was played at Casino Gran Via. The poker.pro correspondents Christoffer Karlén and Glenn Brown were both on-site and were both mesmerized by the historical, fancy, and massive venue. Countless prestigious live poker events have taken place at Casino Gran Via, and soon, the casino will expand its hosting resumé even further. The 2026 WSOP Circuit Madrid will be played between October 23-November 2; the vitality of Spanish poker in mind, in conjunction with the magnitude of the WSOP brand, vouches for this event to be a massive affair. While players will have to wait for the schedule, it’d be very wise to mark the dates in the calendar.
2026 WSOP Circuit Middelkerke (November 6-15)
The second-to-last 2026 WSOP Circuit stop in Europe will be held in Belgium, and it’s for the second consecutive year. The 2026 WSOP Circuit Middelkerke will be played November 6-15 at Casino Middelkerke Betfirst by Partouche. The ball-shaped casino is probably one of the coolest-looking casinos in the world, and it sets the tone for the prestigious event. No schedule is out yet, but last year’s edition gives some indications of what players can expect this November. Prominent Albanian player Omar Lakhdari won the €1,500 Main Event, a feat for which he was awarded €118,000. There was a total of 12 Ring Events on the schedule, including the €375 Mini Main Event, the €1,100 PLO High Roller, and the €750 Mystery Bounty. All in all, a juicy mix of various tournaments, and the 2026 WSOP Circuit Middelkerke should be a fun event.

2026 WSOP Circuit Sanremo (November 20-30)
The European WSOP Circuit season will wrap up in Italy. The 2026 WSOP Circuit Sanremo will be played November 20-30, and Casino Sanremo will be the arena where the battle will take place. No schedule yet, of course, but considering how experienced said venue is at organizing big live poker events, this will most certainly be a fitting stop to wrap up the season. Casino Sanremo has actually hosted the WSOP Circuit annually since 2023. In last year’s €1,500 Main Event, the €1,000,000 guaranteed was surpassed, as a total of 871 entries translated to a €1,105,299 prize pool. France’s Gregory Grech claimed the title and the €138,892 up top, and similar numbers could be expected this November.

All in all, the European WSOP Circuit calendar for the remainder of the year is very, very intriguing. Tallinn will set the bar with the 2026 WSOP Circuit Tallinn, which kicks off in just a month, and poker.pro will have boots on the ground at Olympic Park Casino & Hilton Tallinn Park Hotel. While the editorial office is beyond excited to make its way to the Estonian capital, it’ll be just as exciting to follow all the WSOP Circuit events for the rest of the year. It’s a lot of prestige at the line, and only time can tell which players will emerge victorious and claim the various WSOP Circuit Rings.
