The Day 1a field is now on the bubble to Day 2, after Ambrose Ng, who was one of the shorter stacks at last count, ended his day on 9th as the first player off the final table. Jason Zhuang just survived on the bubble all-in against Colten Yamagishi.
Yamagishi shoved his button, and Zhuang tanked for a bit before calling with pocket fives. Yamagishi was trying to steal with ten-five, and the fives held to double Zhuang’s short stack on the bubble.
