  • Josh Myers Takes Down Event #2: $340 NLH/PLO Mixed

Josh Myers Event #2 $340 NLH/PLO Mixed Winner

It was a long night as over 12 hours of play led to another trophy win for Josh Myers. He came into the tournament, quickly amassing a big stack early in the day. As action closed in on the bubble, he used his stack and aggression to eliminate players and add to his chip count.

On the final table, he picked up pocket queens to find another elimination. However, his Pot Limit Omaha background was what carried him to the final five. From there he found elimination after elimination to take home his second PPT trophy of the year. This all culminated in a final hand against George Mounsef where Myers rundown, out flopped Mounsef’s pair of sevens.
