It was a bit of a crazy end to the 3rd Chance tonight, after Michael St. Pierre-Porter bypassed heads-up altogether with a double knockout three ways. Weston Pring shoved about 5 bigs, and St. Pierre-Porter called before Anna Morin shipped in her stack.

St. Pierre-Porter called with an ace and the biggest stack, and once the board was out, his ace-high was best for the trophy.

This was St. Pierre-Porter’s 5th live win, and they’ve all come here on the PPT. He picked up four PPT trophies in 2025, and he’s now added a new 2026 design to his collection. While posing for his winner’s photo, the avid juggler put on a bit of a balancing show with the crystal.

While I’m not watching this game very closely, I did catch a big confrontation between Michael St. Pierre-Porter and Weston Pring. St. Pierre-Porter shoved on Pring, who called with more, but he was pipped with the smallest ace. St. Pierre-Porter held for a double, and he’s sitting at about 800k now, with Pring in second and Anna Morin on the shorty.

They are three ways in the side game now after Glenn Cymbaluk busted for 4th place tonight. I’m still not watching this game as the PLO is still running.

I’m still not watching this one very closely, as the PLO Bounty game is still 5-handed. It’s looking like this game will finish before the PLO, so I may not catch any action over here. I’ll grab a winner’s photo when they are done.

Ben Grenier was celebrating his birthday today, and gave himself a final table for a present. He made it to 6th place tonight, pocketing $785, but I missed the action as I’m not watching this one very closely while the PLO game is still playing out.

That said, the PLO Bounty game is still registering, so entries for this one might pick up a bit after registration closes for the main game and players are no longer able to rebuy for four cards.
