This was Cox’s second live win in only his 5th recorded result. He got his first win earlier this month right here at Pure Casino Edmonton in the Bounty game on Feb 1.

  • Four-Card Deepstack Hyper on Deck for Friday

    Blinds:15 Minutes
    Starting Stack:50k
    Late Entry:11 Levels (~9:15)
    Day 1 Ends:One-Day Event

The Friday side will feature fast action with four cards. The PLO Deepstack hyper is a mix of hyper-fast blind levels with a big stack for a dynamic that generally produces a lot of action and a lot of rebuys.

This is likely to be a pretty quick game, and it will likely be a crap shoot between this and Day 1a of Event 3 as to which will finish first today.
