Jo Teliani & Adam Bishop Chop with Teliani Taking the Crystal

Adam Bishop (L), Jo Teliani (R)
Jo Teliani
Jo Teliani As soon as they got heads up, Jo Teliani, who has to be back in action for Day 2 of Event #3 tomorrow at 1 PM, offered a chop to Adam Bishop. Bishop had the lead by about 250k at that point, 1.35m to 1.1m, so they agreed to a somewhat unusual chop that saw Teliani take the win, but Bishop take the most money.
They chopped the remaining prizes by chip count, which meant Bishop pocketed $6,901 while Teliani was happy with $6,650 just to end the game so she could get some sleep before tomorrow. For his part, Bishop seemed happy to pass the trophy and the official win over to Teliani for the extra guaranteed juice. Note that because of the deal, the PoS points are chopped evenly between all deal participants.

Cameron Phillips They are heads up now after Jo Teliani sent Cameron Phillips to the rail for 3rd. She shoved the small blind with king-jack of spades, and Phillips called off a short stack of less than 8 big blinds with 10♦6♥. Phillips flopped a gutshot and rivered a pair of tens, but Teliani was already ahead with her flopped king on the Q♦K♥9♣5♥10♥. The king held and they are down to two.

Level: 21 (10000/20000/20000) Entries: 3/97 Prizes: $27,645 Local Time: 2:05 AM
Ian Broen Jo Teliani raised to 60k from the button, and Ian Broen called from the big blind. Broen shoved the 8♥7♥3♥ flop for 194k and Teliani hit the tank.
“Are you drawing to hearts?” she asked. “I have a pair.” She made the call after about a minute in the tank, and her queen seven was good against the [invalid notations] for Broen. Neither had a heart, and the 5♠9♦ runout didn’t change anything, with Teliani stacking Broen’s chips and taking the three-way lead.
