The Battle of Malta has released its full tournament schedule for the 2026 Autumn Edition, running October 27 to November 4 at Casino Malta and the luxurious Intercontinental Hotel Malta in St. Julian’s. The festival carries €2,000,000 in total guarantees across the schedule, headlined by a €1,500,000 guaranteed Main Event with nine starting flights spread across seven days, a €300,000 guaranteed High Roller, a €150,000 guaranteed Mystery Bounty, and a schedule packed with side events covering NLH, PLO, mixed games, and formats you will not find at most festivals. poker.pro is powering the on-site media for the 2026 Battle of Malta Autumn Edition. The Main Event: Nine Flights, €1,500,000 Guaranteed
The Battle of Malta Main Event carries a €1,500,000 guarantee, the centerpiece of the festival’s €2,000,000 in total guarantees, and one of the largest single-event guarantees on the European poker calendar this autumn. Nine starting flights run across seven days from October 28 through November 1, with Day 2 on Sunday November 2, Day 3 on Monday November 3, Day 4 on Tuesday November 4, and the Final Table on Wednesday November 4 with a 90-45-30 shot clock.
The flight structure is one of the things that makes the Battle of Malta Main Event stand out. Standard full-price flights (1A, 1C, 1E, 1G, and 1I) carry a €600 buy-in with a 40,000 starting stack and 40-minute levels, qualifying 15% of the field to Day 2. The three chip leaders at the end of each standard flight each receive a Battle of Malta May 2027 live package worth €1,500. The half-price flights (1B, 1D, 1F, and 1H) cost €300, come with a proportionally smaller starting stack and 25-minute levels, and qualify 7.5% of the field. The Day 1 chip leader of each half-price flight receives a BOM May 2027 package worth €1,500. It is a structure that gives every player a route in at their own price point, rewards chip accumulation throughout rather than just survival, and hands out future festival packages before the current one is even over.
The High Roller: €300,000 Guaranteed
The €1,100 High Roller carries a €300,000 guarantee and runs across two days. Day 1 fires Sunday November 1 at 21:00, playing to level 10. Day 2 on Monday November 2 starts from level 10 with registration open until level 12, playing to a Final Day conclusion. A €200 satellite into the High Roller runs the same evening.
Teddy.poker Hosts the €5,200 Mega High Roller
The highest buy-in event of the festival is the Teddy.poker Mega High Roller, firing for the first time at the Battle of Malta on Monday November 2 at 16:00. The €5,200 buy-in event comes with an 80,000 starting stack and 60-minute levels, playing all the way to a final table in one day. The Mega High Roller Final Table is then scheduled for Tuesday November 3 at 14:00. Teddy.poker hosting this event is a significant addition to the schedule and brings the highest-stakes action the Battle of Malta has offered in this format.
Mystery Siege of Malta: €150,000 Guaranteed
The Mystery Siege of Malta is a €150,000 guaranteed Mystery Bounty with five Day 1 flights running from Tuesday October 27 through Friday October 30 at a €450 buy-in. Day 2 fires Friday October 30 at 19:00 with the envelope-opening drama that makes this format one of the most entertaining things in live poker right now. If you are at the Battle of Malta and not in the Main Event on a given day, the Mystery Siege of Malta is where you want to be.
Sponsored Events: PLO Masters, IPC, and Beer Poker Tour Return
Three established brands return to the Battle of Malta this autumn with their own events embedded in the schedule. The PLO Masters Main Event fires Sunday November 1 at 17:00, bringing the PLO Masters brand back to Malta where it has built a strong following over multiple festival appearances. Anyone who has played a PLO Masters event knows the quality of the field and the standard of the production.
The IPC returns with the IPC Side Event NLH on Sunday November 1 at 15:00, and the IPC Turbo Deep Stack NLH on Tuesday November 3 at 15:00. IPC has been a consistent presence at major European festivals and its return to the Battle of Malta is a welcome one. The Beer Poker Tour is back on Monday November 2 at 18:00. The schedule also includes Sviten by PLO Masters on Thursday October 29, one of the strongest format additions to the European live calendar right now. Road to BOM: The Warm-Up Week
Before the main festival kicks off, the Road to BOM warm-up schedule runs from Friday October 23 through Monday October 26. The centerpiece is the SUPER Double Bounty, a two-flight event with Day 1A on Friday and Day 1B on Saturday, culminating in a Mystery Bounty Final Day on Sunday, October 25. The standard bounty is €50, and when you reach Day 2 the mystery bounty envelope worth €100 activates. Satellite Accumulators to the Main Event run every evening at 21:00 throughout the warm-up week, with tickets awarded every 100,000 chips. A freeroll on Monday October 26 guarantees three Main Event tickets for anyone who has been grinding the warm-up events.
