Saturday’s OlyBet action was through the roof at Olympic Park Casino and the Hilton Tallinn Park with many players traveling throughout the world for a chance at WSOP Circuit Tallinn glory from July 25 to August 3.

The €350 Mini Main Event loomed large, with 954 entries getting into the mix to create a €280,953 prize pool. The 142 surviving players during the first three opening flights already earned a €700 min-cash for their efforts. Ville-Matti Keränen leads the way with 1,367,000 in chips, followed by Simon Persson (1,345,000) and poker.pro’s Teddy Bremseth (1,132,000). Corne Scheel (1,106,000) and Jussi “Potti-Jussi” Mattila (1,071,000) will also begin the penultimate day as chip millionaires.

Meanwhile, the star of the day was Finland’s Riku Koivurinne, who shipped the one-day Event #14: €350 Open Face Chinese Pineapple for €5,140. Koivurinne is halfway to matching last year’s impressive feat, where he won both a coveted WSOP Circuit Ring in the €1,100 PLO4/PLO5 and a trophy in the €250 Sviten Special, making him a man to watch out for in mixed games.

Janis Leja got Latvia on the trophy scoreboard after defeating Brazil’s Frederico Alves Dos Santos heads-up to win the €200 NLH Progressive Bounty for €2,120 plus bounties.

The cash games and satellites were also booming on Saturday. Read on to learn more about the second day at the 2025 WSOP Circuit Tallinn at Olympic Park Casino and the Hilton Tallinn Park.

The €350 Open Face Chinese Pineapple proved popular with 55 entries, creating a €16,198 prize pool. Players from six different countries found their way into the winner’s circle, including British streamer Scott “Pokerbrahs” Kenyon, who displayed a taste live on stream to his fans.

Corne Scheel, one of the five chip millionaires in the €350 Mini Main Event, had a day off and advanced to the podium before bowing out in third place for €2,310. This led to a moment of déjà vu with the duo of Riku Koivurinne and German flag hunter Fabian Bartuschk facing off in a similar event a few months ago at the 2025 Irish Poker Open. Koivurinne won that event before history repeated itself with Koivurinne snagging another trophy to his impressive collection after defeating his opponent to win the €5,140 top prize, leaving Bartuschk with the healthy €3,360 runner-up prize.
