The 2026 WSOP Circuit Bratislava keeps drawing the players in droves at Card Casino Šamorín, Slovakia. In just the festival’s second year in the country, guarantees have had no trouble getting crushed night after night, and Wednesday (stretching well into Thursday morning) was no exception.
Two more rings were awarded on Wednesday. Hungary’s Antonino Karman took down the €550 Mystery Bounty for €29,500, while the winner of Ring Event #6, the €750 NLH 6-Max, wasn’t decided until 10:30 the following morning after more than 17 hours of play. That marathon eventually went the way of Romania’s Alexandru Cinca.
There was a third big winner at Card Casino Šamorín on the day, too: Slovenia’s Žiga Klopčič, who pulled the biggest mystery bounty envelope, worth €25,000. Elsewhere, the €1,800 PLO Championship continued with its second starting flight Day 1B.

Karman Wins Ring Event #2: €550 Mystery Bounty
Ninety-eight players started the final day of the €550 Mystery Bounty on Wednesday, with the juicy mystery bounties finally coming into play. The 658-entry field had created a €312,550 prize pool, split between €148,050 in regular payouts and €164,500 in mystery bounties, including a “golden” €25,000 top envelope.
That jackpot went to Slovenia’s Žiga Klopčič, who pulled it for a €550 buy-in well spent, even though his tournament ended relatively early, in 71st place for €510 in regular winnings.
Of the field’s biggest chip stacks heading into the final day, only home player Martin Korman made it to the final table, finishing third for €12,400.
The win itself came down to a battle between Hungary’s Antonino Karman and Greece’s Georgios Orestidis, and it was Karman who prevailed, banking €29,500 from the regular prize pool plus whatever mystery bounties he collected along the way, the gold ring, and a $5,000 WSOP Paradise package.
Karman is a seasoned pro with close to $1,000,000 in lifetime tournament earnings, with his best results including a win at the 2009 Spring Poker Festival in Vienna for €117,330 and a WPT Mini Championship title last year for €44,804. He now adds a coveted WSOP Circuit ring to an already impressive collection.

Cinca Outlasts Overnight Marathon to Win Ring Event #6: €750 NLH 6-Max
It took 17-and-a-half hours to crown a winner in this one. A field of 318 entries more than doubled the guarantee, with the prize pool settling at €205,428. The tournament kicked off at 17:00 on Wednesday and didn’t wrap up until 10:30 the next day.
Romania’s Alexandru Cinca showed the most composure through the action-packed, sleepless finish, defeating England’s Alan Carr heads-up. Cinca collected €46,148 for his overnight shift, along with his first-ever WSOP Circuit ring and a WSOP Paradise package.
This win ranks among the best results of his career, topped only by a third-place finish at the 2025 Barcelona Deep Stack for €58,170 and another third-place run at the 2011 Belgian Poker Series for €52,000. Carr had to settle for €30,560 and the runner-up finish — still not a bad night’s work.

PLO Championship Continues With Day 1B
The €1,800 PLO Championship, carrying a massive €500,000 guarantee, moved on to the second of its three starting flights. An additional 40 players joined on Wednesday for a total of 86 entries so far, meaning Thursday’s final flight will need a big turnout to avoid the festival’s first overlay.
Thirteen players have already qualified for Friday’s final day. Bulgaria’s Nikola Minkov remains at the top of the counts with 824,000, though he now has company at the summit in Czechia’s Ondrej Goetz, who bagged up 754,000. The pair holds a commanding lead over the third-biggest stack, Czechia’s Lukas Kouril, at 414,000.

Thursday, August 6, 2026, Schedule at WSOP Circuit Bratislava
Thursday is a big one, with the €3,500 NLH High Roller crowning its champion and, perhaps even bigger, the €1,500 Main Event kicking off with Day 1A and its €1,000,000 guarantee. The PLO Championship also continues with Day 1C, still chasing the €500,000 guarantee, and the €350 Ladies Event fires for the first time this festival with a €10,000 guarantee of its own.
For the first time, Ladies Night will be livestreamed, starting at 21:00 with commentary from poker.pro’s Head of Media, Jason Glatzer, and Bobby James.
